Dr Farhana has created an immersive experience for busy women like you, who are ready to give their mind and body the time that’s so longingly craved, in order to transform their health and wellbeing.
So often, we find ourselves on the hamster-wheel of life, hurtling through the months without having the opportunity to stop for breath. This has a real impact on not only our sense of wellbeing, but our physical and mental health.
This retreat is an opportunity to press pause on your everyday life and step into a place of stillness, rest and beauty.
From here, in the company of other like-minded women Dr Farhana will guide you to journey inwards to restore and reset your health from within.
She will be teaching you the essential skills needed to integrate this into daily life once you return back to home, so that the change is lasting.

yOGA WITH HANSABEN
LEADING DAILY MOVEMENT AND YOGA
With over 15 years of teaching experience, Karuna and Iyengar teacher Hansaben will be leading our daily movement sessions. She will gently guide us through authentic, restorative yoga that represents the highest level of compassion, designed to alleviate suffering.
A true Yogini at nearly 74 years young, she will also be sharing her secrets to longevity, vitality and how to lead a thriving life with purpose.
With this in mind, she will teach us a holistic approach to women's health, including yogic tools specifically designed to reduce the symptoms of perimenopause - naturally.

Suz McDonald is the owner of global women’s wellness brand Suz McDonald Wellbeing and the creator of The Calm, Confident Mind Method™ - a proven 3-step system to alleviate and manage stress and anxiety for good.
Having overcome her own struggles with overwhelming thinking, Suz is passionate about teaching women to overcome stress and anxiety through mindfulness and spirituality and has made it her life’s work to help all women live confident lives.
Suz is a certified mindfulness coach, ThetaHealing master instructor, Reiki master teacher, yoga teacher and sound therapist.
Suz runs an online coaching programme which teaches her unique method and has been running women’s wellbeing retreats since 2016. Locations have included Vietnam, Dubai and Scotland.

what can you expect?
A warm welcome in the form of a Moroccan Tea Ceremony awaits us on day one, where we’ll get to know our little community and set forth our intentions for the coming days.
With just the right amount of structure, you can look forward to daily movement, meditation and expert-led workshops to help you reconnect your mind and body.
Equally importantly, there will be plenty of time (!) to rest on the stunning grounds of the retreat, where architect-designed gardens overlook the Atlas mountains. Whether journalling in the cool nooks and hideaways of our traditional riad or soaking rays by the pool with your favourite book, there’s no shortage of ways to truly relax and unwind.
We will enjoy delicious, home-made meals together throughout our stay, made from fresh, local produce. Freshly pressed fruit juices and freshly-baked bread await!
Included in the trip will be the option of either:
one day guided trek to the nearby Atlas mountains, which will be gentle and designed to accommodate all abilities!
OR
an authentic cooking experience where we will buy our produce from a local Berber market and then be taught how to cook a traditional Moroccan meal by the cook. which we’ll all enjoy together.
Trips to Marrakech city centre can be organised (subject to fee) if you wish to explore the bustling, vibrant city centre less than an hour away.
WHERE WILL YOU STAY?
Accommodation is available in single, double or triple rooms - if you are travelling with anyone, we will of course match you and you will share together.
If you are travelling solo, sharing a room can be a great way to save and is actually a beautiful opportunity to bond and create connection.
The retreat is located at Bab Zouina, located 45 minutes from Marrakech, Morocco.
We will be staying in beautiful accommodation in a traditional riad featuring a paired-back Moroccan aesthetic, surrounded by lush gardens nestled at the foot of the Atlas mountains.
